Studio number 503B is about 16'x6'  It doesn't have any windows but the shared deck is just steps away and has the amazing views shown below. 503B is nicely located just 2 doors down from the utility room. A portion of the studio is built right over the water keeping it nice and cool in the summer. The studio is easy to heat in the winter with just a small space heater. Electricity is free in all of our studios.
