Studio 500
Studio 500 has 3 massive windows facing west creating amazing light that sparkles quite wonderfully through the frosted glass portion of the wondows in the evening! It's magical! Studio 500 was built out and designed by me (MattJonesDesign). It has been my personal studio for a few years. I love it! It is the first studio in the building and 3 steps to the utility room. It has special built in drying racks for painting a dozen paintings at a time and built in shelves for a massive amount of paint supplies at your finger tips. The studio has designer short nap black carpet that can handle mild paint spills. It comes with an extra large tarp for wilder painting styles like mine. The studio comes with your own personal great working vacuum cleaner, and has an overhead heater that gets nice and toasty in the winter. The view photo was taken from inside the studio. The lower sections of the windows are frosted to give you complete privacy and totally clear glass in the upper section. A perfect balance of privacy, view, and light.
500 rents for just $595 a month.
